Return & Refund Policy

At Walnutry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policies regarding cancellations, delivery, and returns below.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the craftsmanship involved in our pieces.

  • Within 1 Business Day: You may change or cancel your order free of charge within one business day of placing it.

  • After 1 Business Day: Changes and cancellations made after one business day will incur a charge of 10% of the purchase price.

  • After Production/Shipping: Orders cannot be changed or cancelled if the piece(s) have already been made or shipped.

2. Delivery & Inspection (White Glove Service)

We offer White Glove Delivery for your convenience. A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled window to:

  1. Bring your piece into the room of your choice.

  2. Unpack the item.

  3. Remove the packaging.

Important Note on Damages: Please inspect your order immediately upon reception while the delivery team is present. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@walnutry.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Address: We will proactively provide it when you request a refund.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Late Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@walnutry.com (or walnutrywood@gmail.com).


European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling Off Period) Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
