After your order is placed, we select solid wood with attention to grain, tone, and structural stability. Your piece then moves through woodworking, assembly, sanding, finishing, curing, and final inspection.
The finishing stage takes time because each surface needs proper application, drying, and curing before it can be safely packed. This helps create a durable finish and a smoother, more refined feel.
Before shipping, we inspect the piece, protect it carefully, and prepare it for furniture freight. The full process usually takes 6-10 weeks, depending on the item and current workshop schedule.
