The Cumberland is a walnut 4-drawer dresser with sculpted fronts. It's 39.4 in (100 cm) wide, 16.9 in (43 cm) deep and 42.5 in (108 cm) high.
Ripples cut into the fronts
Each drawer front is CNC-cut, meaning shaped by a computer-guided cutter, into four rippling squares. We leave the cutting marks on.
Up close, the marks spread like rings on water. As the light moves across the room, the relief changes with it.
It's a sculptural walnut chest of drawers.
Four drawers in two sections
There are four full-width drawers, one to a row. The case is built as two stacked sections of two drawers each. You'll see a seam at mid-height where they meet.
Check your wall and your doorways
It needs 39.4 in (100 cm) of wall, and it's 16.9 in (43 cm) deep. It comes in one size and one finish.
It arrives fully assembled and stands 42.5 in (108 cm) high, so measure doorways and stairs before you order.
Walnut, care and ordering
The drawer fronts are solid American black walnut, and every other wooden part is solid wood. It's Appalachian FAS-grade walnut, finished in hardwax oil.
Dust the wood with a soft dry cloth, and wipe spills promptly: the oil resists water but isn't waterproof.
Refresh it with a hardwax-oil maintenance product when the wood looks dry.
We make each Cumberland to order in our own factory. Production takes 6 to 10 weeks, and it reaches you about 10 to 18 weeks after you order.
Standard shipping is free across the contiguous United States, excluding remote areas. You have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return. Custom dimensions, custom finishes and special-order modifications are not eligible for return.
