One flowing frame

The arched crest rolls over and becomes the arms, and the arms dive into the seat rails — carved transitions all the way down, the joints smoothed into the gesture. Inside the arch sits a padded back panel; below it, a padded seat.

At 25.2" wide and 35.4" tall it's a proper armchair: elbows supported, back cushioned, presence at the head of the table. The upholstery takes the pressure points while the walnut takes the years.
