The Heritage is a rectangular walnut coffee table with one drawer and one open compartment. It's 47.2 in wide, 23.6 in deep and 15.7 in high (120 × 60 × 40 cm). The case stands on black metal legs.

The drawer and the open compartment sit side by side under the top. The compartment is 20.1 in wide, 8.3 in high and 11.8 in deep (51 × 21 × 30 cm).

The drawer opens by a black metal bar pull. It takes books, toys and odds and ends.

Dovetails at the case corners

We join the corners of the walnut case with dovetail joints. The case, the top and the drawer are solid American black walnut.

The black metal base gives it a modern, minimalist look.

Metal legs, one size

The legs, the rail that joins them and the drawer pull are black metal. If you want wooden legs, the Sora and the Sylvan Round have them.

It comes in one size.

Walnut and hardwax oil

It's Appalachian FAS-grade walnut, finished in hardwax oil. Every wooden part is solid wood.

Dust the wood with a soft dry cloth, and wipe spills promptly: the oil resists water but isn't waterproof. Don't cover the top with film or a sheet of glass, so the wood can breathe.

Refresh it with a hardwax-oil maintenance product when the wood looks dry. There may be a slight smell when you unpack it. Keep the room ventilated.

Knots, sapwood edges and mineral streaks are natural walnut, not defects.

Standard shipping is free across the contiguous United States, excluding remote areas. You have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return. Custom dimensions, custom finishes and special-order modifications are not eligible for return.
