The large Pebble is a long, low oval — 49.6" × 27.6" at 13.8" high — and the smaller table stands taller at 17.7", so it slides over the big one's end when you're not using it. Guests arrive, you pull it out: a second surface with zero extra floor space on ordinary days.

Solid walnut on sculpted runners

Tops and the V-shaped runner legs are solid American black walnut. The legs are the signature — sculpted angular runners that read mid-century from across the room, with metal-to-metal threaded inserts at the joints so the screw-in assembly stays tight through years of moves.

How does the nesting work?

The smaller table stands 17.7" tall — higher than the 13.8" main table — so its top glides over the big oval's end and its legs straddle it. Pulled out, it works as a side table or a second coffee surface at the other seat.

Will glasses leave marks?

The matte hard-wax oil resists everyday moisture, and unlike a film finish it repairs locally: if a mark ever sets in, that spot sands and re-oils in minutes without refinishing the whole top. Coasters are still a good habit for hot mugs.

Is it safe around a toddler?

Is it solid wood or veneer?

Solid American black walnut, tops and legs. Check the edge of the top: the grain wraps continuously through the bevel, which veneer cannot do.
