Varen's arms are the crest rail itself — low, flat, and wood — so the chair stays compact and tucks under most tables. Elio's are upholstered wings on a wider frame: more embrace, more space required.
Does the crest hit at a comfortable height?
The swell sits at mid-back for most adults — high enough to lean into between courses, low enough that shoulders stay free. The flat arm sections land right where forearms rest in conversation.
